The Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) has officially released the Labuan IBFC Market Report 2025, launched on 28 April 2026 at Lanai Kijang, Kuala Lumpur.

Marking its 35th anniversary, Labuan IBFC continues to demonstrate resilience and strong growth momentum, with notable progress in market expansion, business innovation, and regulatory standing, in line with evolving global standards.

This positive trajectory is further reinforced by Malaysia’s favourable outcome in the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Mutual Evaluation, where the Labuan IBFC market was assessed positively. The launching is grace Datuk Ahmad Hizzad Baharuddin, the Chairman of Labuan FSA, and attended by the Board Member of Labuan FSA, Sr Management of Labuan FSA and the Labuan IBFC industry players.
