Courtesy Visits Highlight Pathways to Strengthened Ties and Collaborations

On 17 July 2025, Labuan FSA, led by En. Affendi Rashdi, the Director General of Labuan FSA paid a courtesy visit to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) for policy engagement discussions. The delegation was received by Deputy Governor Encik Adnan Zaylani and his team.

On 18 July 2025, the Director General of Labuan FSA, En. Affendi Rashdi, led a courtesy visit to TRX City Sdn Bhd to discuss strategic collaboration. The team was received by TRXC Senior Management at Menara Prudential, TRX Kuala Lumpur.

On 21 July 2025, Labuan FSA, led by En. Affendi Rashdi, Director General, Labuan FSA paid a courtesy visit to the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) to discuss strengthening the VCPE ecosystem and promoting Labuan structures. The Labuan FSA delegation was received by Pn. Salmah Bee, Executive Director of Market Development, and her team.

On 22 July 2025, the Director General of Labuan FSA, En. Affendi Rashdi, led a courtesy visit to the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) in Johor to explore potential collaboration in regional economic development. The team was received by IRDA CEO, YBhg. Dato’ Haji Mohd. Noorazam bin Dato’ Haji Osman, and his senior management, followed by a site visit to Forest City.

On 11 August 2025, the Director General of Labuan FSA, En. Affendi Rashdi and team, paid a courtesy visit to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) to discuss on strategic tax matters. The team was received by IRBM CEO, YBhg. Datuk Dr. Abu Tariq, at Menara HASiL.
