Labuan FSA was honoured to welcome Mr. Nianshan Zhang, Director General of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), during his visit to our Labuan FSA office on 22 May 2026. Led by DG Affendi, Labuan FSA shared an overview of Labuan IBFC and engaged in constructive discussions on potential areas of collaboration between Labuan IBFC and ADB. Key focus areas included sustainable finance, infrastructure financing, and Islamic finance.
