Labuan FSA is delighted to share that Malaysia's Mutual Evaluation Report (MER) 2025 was officially adopted at the 2026 APG Annual Meeting in Brunei Darussalam, receiving strong support and congratulations from APG members. As one of the first jurisdictions assessed under the 5th Round Methodology, Malaysia's MER preparation journey has been widely recognised as a valuable reference, with many member jurisdictions expressing interest in learning from our experience as they prepare for their own evaluations.
