Labuan Financial Services Authority wishes to inform that the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak at the Federal Territory of Labuan, has appointed Baker Tilly Insolvency PLT as the liquidator of Perfect Hexagon Commodity & Investment Bank Limited (LL16694), replacing the previously appointed liquidator, Malaysia Department of Insolvency.
