Labuan Financial Services Authority wishes to inform that the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak at the Federal Territory in Labuan has ordered the winding-up of Perfect Hexagon Commodity & Investment Bank Limited (LL16694) on 25 August 2025 and has appointed the Malaysia Department of Insolvency ("MDI") as the liquidator.
