Notice on Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., Labuan Branch – In Official Liquidation
NOTIFICATION
It has come to the attention of Labuan FSA that the percentage of Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., Labuan Branch (PAG Labuan’s) creditors who had engaged with the Joint Official Liquidators (JOLs) remained low.
In this regard, Labuan FSA wishes to urge all creditors of PAG Labuan to liaise with the JOLs for the submission of proof of debts and check on periodic basis for updates from the dedicated page established by the JOLs on KPMG’s website:
