Forging of Signature of Officers of Labuan Financial Services Authority

Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) would like to alert members of the public of unauthorized use of names and signatures of officers of Labuan FSA by entities registered in Labuan IBFC.

In this regard, the members of the public is advised to assess the authenticity and conduct adequate due diligence on any documents received in the course of conducting business.

If you have any concerns on the authenticity of any document that purportedly contains the signature of any of the officers of Labuan FSA, please call or report to:
