The Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) would like to alert members of the public that fraudulent documents involving Labuan FSA have been used to support applications made to the Authority.

Labuan FSA would like to caution the public to be aware of the fraudulent use of Labuan FSA’s name, logo, and the names of its senior management in such documents, as Labuan FSA does not practise giving letter of support to any persons.
