Pursuant to section 4C(1) of the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996, Labuan Financial Services Authority (“Labuan FSA”) wishes to notify that a Notice of Appointment and Address of Liquidator under section 513(1) of the Companies Act 2016 has been duly lodged to the Registrar of Companies at Labuan FSA pursuant to the Order of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak at the Federal Territory of Labuan dated 22 August 2025 that Andrew Heng and Ashvin Mahendran of Baker Tilly Insolvency PLT be hereby appointed as joint and several Liquidators of UW Global Inc. (LL13316) to replace the Official Receiver (Malaysia Department of Insolvency).
