Notice on the Liquidation of Topworth Investments Ltd and the Appointment of Liquidators
NOTIFICATION
Labuan Financial Services Authority wishes to inform that a creditor petition for the winding up of Topworth Investments Ltd, a Labuan money broker had been filed in the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak at the Federal Territory of Labuan and Mr. Mok Chew Yin and Mr. Bernard Tan Chek Hean of BDO Consulting Sdn Bhd was appointed as liquidators on 25 January 2024.
