To all Policyholders/Creditors of Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., Labuan Branch (PAG Labuan)
As the number of Labuan policyholders/creditors who had engaged with the Joint Official Liquidators (JOLs) only at 46%, Labuan FSA would like to urge the remaining policyholders/creditors of PAG Labuan to act accordingly and liaise with the JOLs for the submission of the proof of debts on immediate basis.
Kindly by informed that policyholders/creditors who had made their submissions in satisfactory manner, have had started to receive their interim dividend payment.
