Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) wishes to inform that Caps Solutions Ltd had surrendered its money broking licence effective from 30 January 2023 and therefore no longer a licensed money broker regulated by Labuan FSA and no longer allowed to conduct financial services activities within the ambit of money broking licence.

The public is advised not to make any deposit or investment or subscription with individuals or entities that are not regulated and licensed under Labuan laws. The public should conduct its own appropriate due diligence including necessary checks with Labuan FSA if they have concerns on any Labuan entities.
