LOFSA DISQUALIFIES AN INDIVIDUAL FROM ACTING AS DIRECTOR / PRINCIPAL OFFICER IN A LABUAN COMPANY

Pursuant to Section 90 of the Offshore Companies Act 1990 (OCA) and Section 7(1)(a) of the Offshore Insurance Act 1990, the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority (LOFSA) announced today that Mr. Armen Alex Babayan-Fard has been disqualified from acting as Director and Principal Officer of ArmenWoodBerg Incorporated and/or being in any way directly or indirectly concerned with, or taking part in the management of any company incorporated under the OCA, with immediate effect.
