DISSOLUTION OF BLUE CHIP PATHFINDER PRIVATE FUND, AND RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF LIQUIDATORS
To whom it may concern,
This is to inform that, the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak at Labuan has, on 22 September 2008, ordered that the Blue Chip Pathfinder Private Fund (“Fund”), be dissolved and that the Liquidators of the Fund, Mr Ooi Woon Chee and Mr Ong Hock An be discharged and released.
