Standard Operating Procedure Guidance on Entering Labuan FSA’s Premise

We are pleased to inform that Labuan FSA is fully operating from its office premise since the implementation of Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) on 10 June 2020.

While, Labuan FSA encourages virtual meetings, however, if there is a need for physical meeting to facilitate the business operations, prior arrangement/ appointment is required to be made with the relevant officer before any visitation to Labuan FSA office, including ROC search area. Visitor attending meeting at Labuan FSA’s premise, is also required to inform the officer on the number of visitors involved for the particular meeting.

In this regard, visitors are required to adhere to the procedures, to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors, by observing the social distancing requirements.

Visitors are required to wear face mask and complete a digital self-declaration form via MySejahtera Check-In application or register manually in the visitor’s log book at the reception counter, when visiting Labuan FSA’s premise. Visitor with flu symptoms and fever is not allowed to enter Labuan FSA’s premise.
